Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer because it's what I have wanted to be since I was 15 the idea of helping people be their best selves always sounded awesome to me.
Something unique / interesting about you? I've competed on stage in bodybuilding, as a powerlifter, and at somewhat high levels of rugby league, basketball and rebound volleyball.
Fun fact: I tore my glute (butt muscle) playing rebound volleyball
What do you love about PEPT?
PEPT is unique environment that you don't see everyday and the fact that everyone is trying to be just 1% better every is amazing
What advice would you give to someone who’s thinking about getting started?
Take the wins when they come. This is a long journey so enjoy it.
